Program Details

Must be a high school graduate of a Greene County high school.

Must have received either a Trade Certificate, Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.

Must agree to reside in Greene County for a minimum of 3 years.

Must secure full-time employment and remain employed for the full 12 months of the program. If a participant is found to resign or lose their job mid-year, the benefits would cease.

Must be a U.S. citizen or have credentials showing they are authorized to work.

Must be willing to participate in Paragould Emerging Professionals during the year they are receiving benefits.

Must make application to the Paragould Leadership Program within the 12-month period of the Program.

Must be at least 20 years of age.

Must have their own living arrangements outside of resident family within 6 months of relocating to Paragould, AR.

Utility benefit will be foregone any months the participant has not established living arrangements outside of resident families.

Must participate in a civic/community service organization. Applications will be received on a rolling basis and will be reviewed once a quarter.
